Hi @Magana88,
The Rouge Reward is currently out of stock at this time, but when we have it available again, it'll be available here > https://www.sephora.com/rewards.
When you've successfully redeemed the Reward, you'll receive an email to activate your Rouge Reward.
Please stay tuned every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am-5pm PT for new Rewards. Thank you!
Best Regards,
❤️ Raquel
Are there some Ulta employees on this forum? While they do share some of the same brand, I do not shop there because none of the high end skincare I use is offered at Ulta.
In addition, I'm grateful for the $100 reward. I never use my points so this option is better, and I can stock up on skincare/makeup I use on a consistent basis. When people complain too much of a good thing, it gets taken away. Just keep up complaining and I bet that's going to happen. Life is not fair and the fine print on the reward is there for a reason. I plan on using this to redeem during the spring sale as well. If I cannot redeem it, then I'll just use it on a regular price item, because it's a direct $100 decrease to my bill. All in all, it's free folks.
I had the reward in my cart and it said that I will get an email in 24 hours. I checked my cart later and it said out of stock, however It just hit 24 hours a few hours ago and I did not get the email. Why is that? Because it turned out of stock? Also, if it is out of stock, if you get the email with the code, can you still use the code when the reward is out of stock or is it just a “promo code” for 90 days?
Unlike Ulta where you can use their coupons with your point reward dollars.
SAME HERE!!! SOMEHOW THE $100 AND 20% OFF CAN NOT WORK TOGETHER. AND I JUST REALIZE RIGHT NOW EVERY ORDER CAN ONLY PICK 2 SAMPLE INSTEAD OF 3 SAMPLES. WHAT'S WRONG WITH SEPHORA....
I agree 100%! The $100 reward should be in the form of a gift card that can be combined with any promotion - the way its set up we are in fact being punished for using it. Very Disappointed in the way this reward can be used.

I was very disappointed at Sephora today. I didn’t read the fine print of my $100 reward. It seems unfair to disallow the 20% for those with the reward. It feels like a punishment for being a loyal customer.
Same here! I was so excited to shop today because of the sale, then got so disappointed that I couldn't use the $100 AND get the 20%. So unfair.
Is this online? I know you can only add one promo code at a time. What if I went in store during the 20% discount period. Would I be able to redeem the $100 reward and get 20% off?
Hi @IamSamCheng,
Rouge Rewards cannot be used with any promotional discounts. I hope that this answers your question.
Best,
Zakiya
For what it’s worth this seems like a cruddy policy.
All of the other “cash back” based on purchase rewards I use, for example, GapCash, Gymbucks, Children’s Place rewards, etc. allow use of their cash-like rewards on products that they have on sale. Sephora routinely has sales that require codes then disallows use of multiple codes. So, people convert their points to a $100 reward only to find out that they can’t use the reward they bought with points along with an advertised sale as it requires multiple codes to take advantage of both.
This ends up feeling like a bait and switch and isn’t a good customer experience!
What is the 20%?
When is the 2500 points/$100 off reward available? I check every Tues and thurs and don't see it as an option
I don't even know I can redeem $100 reward there because I never see $100 gift card ever available. What kind of reward is this? They need to have better system in order to keep their loyal customer.
Same! I've never seen it available in the Rewards Bazaar. Does anyone know why that is?
I got mine yesterday.
It will be up at 9am PST under rewards.
I was in the website around 8:58 PST and the reward was up already.
Supper quick and easy. Link was sent to my email within 5 minutes.
I agree with some previous comments that the $100 should just be loaded automatically onto our account once we hit 2500 points. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get it. Once again, Ulta wins! I'm aware that the rewards release on certain days at 9 am PST. Unfortunately for me that's during my work day and I can't be checking my phone for a sephora reward to pop up. I bet it always going out of stock within minutes.
Couldn't agree more. I said to their customer rep that by extremely limiting the availability of this award, they are not sincere doing business with their loyal customers. They are playing some games - put a bait there to make us keep spending over $1K each year but there is no actual reward available. And honestly other than this $100 reward option, any other option is useless or just isn't worth it to me or just never available either! Just today, I started looking into Ulta and I have to say they are better in terms of rewards, and they have most of the brands I need. Sephora in-store service is awful too. For the premium brands, there is sales at other high-end online department stores every year.
