I think I would have if Sephora was upfront about the policy instead of hiding it in the fine print that your return only gets a fraction of the cost back to you when you use it. What a shame on them!
Wow I had no idea it is only available in limited amount. I think it's so weird that they do that and it seems like even if you get the reward, the code doesn't work. That's very disappointing.

Can you use it to buy a gift card?

The Rouge Reward can only be used on merchandise items. Merchandise does not include e-gift cards, gift cards, a FLASH Shipping subscription, a Play! Subscription, taxes or shipping. I hope this clarifies! Thank you.

Can we redeem more than 1 $100 reward and use both on the same purchase in store?

If quantities allow you are able to redeem more than one Rouge Reward! Only one Rouge Reward can be used per transactions at this time. I hope this helps!

So if you purchase something with the 100 dollar reward and it doesn't match your shade (foundation or concealer) then you cant exchange it for a color that does?

If you read the terms and conditions for the $100 rouge reward, all items purchased with the reward are final sale. I just redeemed 5000 points for 2 rewards, and I am just going to stock up on my favourites. Another thing some people might not realize is that you have to use the whole $100 at once, it’s not like a gift card which will save the remaining balance. All the info is in the T&C though nobody should really have an issue.
Obviously you wouldn't purchase something you don't know matches. Do you not have a go-to foundation that you already use? Buy something that you know you love that you use often.
My advice would be to go to your local Sephora and try the foundation shades out there. Once you find your shade, go to the app/online site and select that color and add to your basket. I was told that no exchanges or refunds are allowed so I thought this would be a great way to try new products for free, but also knowing what to expect at the same time so you don't lose it all for nothing.
I was wondering, too. I was able to snag TWO thinking I would treat myself this holiday season but it says they are "ordered" but nothing else. I never got an email to activate them. Bummer.
@Swilla Rouge Rewards are added in limited quantities on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when our Rewards Bazaar updated. Once the Rouge Reward is redeemed it must be used within 90 days.
Once the $100 reward is received when does it expire?
