My sentiments exactly. Once you reach the required points as a VIB Rouge, the option to redeem should be available without having to wait two days out the week. I suppose they want to control how many $100 coupons they give away and maybe they'll redeem for other items.
Sephora representative, what is the rationale for not making the $100 redemption available at all times?
I am Rouge status also and last time they didn't send me any sample that I requested. I was so disappointment. I am thinking if I should spend $ in Ulta instead.

True. and on the receipt or history, it says they sent the correct sample as I requested (but they did not). I have been keeping Rouge status for the last five years now, and it feels like Sephora service is getting worse as time goes by. SAD.

Agreed! They're becoming exactly like Amazon. All online services are downhill from here.... Remember when they used to give out free samples in stores too?
I agree that it is frustrating, but to me it is worth it! I shop exclusively at Sephora as I prefer their employees in my area over Ulta. I just recently hit the 2,500 point mark and checked last Tuesday around 2pm eastern time and they were all gone. I forgot to check on Thursday, but today around 1pm I got one! So just keep checking 🙂
So, I’ve been trying to find the reward, and there’s nothing that shows up. If they are all gone already, do you still see it in your rewards bizarre with the “sold out” part below it like the other rewards? Just wondering because I’m not even seeing it as sold out. I have 2,573 points. And I want to make sure I’m not missing something. Thank you.

The Rouge Reward is released in limited quantities every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 AM PST in the Rewards Bazaar.

Don't bother. I got my "rouge reward" and they sent me the wrong item. I took it back to the store and they said they couldn't do anything but refund me .93 cents so I needed to call sephSep to fix the problem. I called and the and customer service told me they can't fix THEIR mistake because I purchased it with the rouge reward so I needed to go back to the store. So messed up! Terrible customer service!!! Basically "we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item and we wont be fixing the situation but here is 100 free bonus points for our crap reward system." I won' be maintaing my rouge status... I will spend my money at Ulta and nordstroms from now on.

I think that this whole jumping through hoops to get the $100 reward is a TOTAL SCAM! They only give out a certain number of them and it is not a guarantee by any means. By the way, here is the Ulta rewards link...so much better no hoops to jump through, you collect 2000 points, you AUTOMATICALLY get $125 in rewards that you can redeem towards any purchase 
thank you so much for the info. I have been waiting each T/R to see if I can see these coupons and can't ever find them. For someone that has been a Rouge since the creation of the program, this is the last straw. I am taking my business to Nordstrom and ULTA. They both have much better rewards systems and by far superior customer service.
agree, i have been VIB rouge since they created the program. I was happy when i learned about the $100 reward caused i have 7000 points available.... but i could never redeem it. i had tried many times....... so sick of it.... im gonna shop at department store from now on. atleast they have nice gift sets and offer better discount.
I totally agree Sephora is treating their loyal customers like barbarians to have to break a leg or act like what you see in 'door crashing sales' where people act crazy and stepping onto each other just to get a deal. Sephora is really pissing me off! Totally agree they should automatically give the $100 to the customer when they reach their points. They keep this stupid system up and I will stop shopping there soon!

I have so many points saved. Anytime I see a new reward for the first time, it's already sold out. It's to hard to get a reward.
Hey Beutjunkie12 thank you so much for this information. I had no idea that Ulta had so many better options for points, and rewards. Its so frustrating knowing that even though I have way over 1,000 points my rouge status is over in less than 30 days. Because of your comment I was exploring Ulta rewards and it is so much more user friendly, and way better than I ever expected. Thank you again, and I will never shop at Sephora again!
Scam? Right. I was able to get one but when I went to open the link in the email nothing was there. I'm very disappointed with the Rouge program. I've been a Rouge for a couple years. I thought they were improving it. With more retailers and brands coming up, I dont plan to continue so much loyalty with this brand.
