@WinglessOne. I think it was a matter of timing because Bridgerton came out and they wanted to fulfill those more profitable orders. And probably to stop the financial bleeding.

I did place 3 orders each with one palette. I probably would have gotten all if they were in one order like you said.

Funny thing is I didn't have to use the code. It ws automatically applied!

I look at it this way- now my Bridgerton lipsticks are "paid for" with the refund (creative accounting I call it.)

• @Ispend2much6 I really doubt that there is any financial bleeding. I don’t think that the Mothership palettes cost $47. What I think is that they are just making less money. In fact, she may have made even more money, because she has secured sales that she would have never made, like mine. It’s like a Walmart, low margins but millions in net income because of the volume.

Oh noooooooo!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 And they sent you one and not the other?? What is that??? I was already waiting to eventually receive mine as everyone was getting their shipping notices, so long after the purchase. Because I understand the first orders they received that were shipped immediately, but yours was shipped after quite a lot of days. I don’t understand. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

@Saradestin  I may have been flagged for multiple orders as a possible re-seller, but I know people whose orders were fulfilled earlier and had multiple orders.  It may be that PM gave themselves a cut-off date to coincide with the release of the Bridgerton collection.  Many people on Reddit are saying their orders were also canceled, but some were recently shipped.

Someone brought up a good point though- PM usually has a 40% off sale in April-May.  I'll keep my eyes out for that sale.

After your cancelation (and others), my hopes are close to cero now @Ispend2much6. I think that they fulfilled certain amount of orders and cancelled or will cancel the rest. Like just processing the first “x” amount of orders and cancelling the rest.☹️ I am expecting the email cancellation any day.

@Saradestin. Maybe the fact that you haven't gotten a cancellation is a good sign.

@Ispend2much6 @SaradestinThey already are shipping Bridgerton orders so I wonder what is happening with the accidental sale orders before Bridgerton.

@SportyGirly125 I think they won’t be slowing down the “real paying” customer orders because of a bunch of questionable ones. That may be the reason they are cancelling now and not before, because they don’t want to deal with this “issue“ anymore

@Ispend2much6 I think that they are cancelling on the go, as they were doing with the order processing, just following the list. I don’t want to feel hopeful because then when I receive the cancellation I will be heartbroken, so I prefer to be pessimistic (which at this point is also being quite realistic) 🤷🏻‍♀️

I keep trying to tell myself that I don't need this palette as I only want it for that greenish gold color. I know I must have a dupe somewhere....

Pretty @Mochapj . Looks a little different from some looks they did, to my eye anyway, but I like and especially the khaki. Do they apply same , same consistency etc?

@Sunnysmomive only tried them on today but for the most part they’re consistent with past releases.

the gold/green is nearly identical to the Gigabyte shade in mothership 3; the matte ish pinks are pretty standard. The glittery shade in top right is very chunky/flaky similar to one in mothership 5. The minty colour is the only one with a different texture; it actually felt almost gel-like/greasy to me
