I am on Firefox on my laptop and entered the password about a 100 times... never lets me pass that page!

That happened to me too at first and then it randomly let me through.  Just now, though it wasn't giving me trouble.

@veronika23 I got stuck on that page too. See if you can get to the product page from the homepage. Not the direct product link in the email - I got stuck constantly trying to input the code there.

I can't get back to the main page but see the drop down menu on the side.. if I click I still get the password page which I can't pass..

What I just did to get the page up again:

new tab, google, "Pat mgcrath", her main page, then the dropdown on the top left, then the item name from there - takes me to the item page & right above the "Description" & "application" tabs there's a small box for "ENTER CODE" - not just a page reserved for it.

I tried that and keep getting the page just for the code which doesn't work. I've tried at least 100 times!!! Thanks though

don't follow the link in the email - go to her main site, then select the product from the dropdown menu. It has a spot there for you to put in the code (which you have to do to add it to your basket)

They do allow a paypal option: I took a chance and did that. It seems to have gone through. I've gotten a receipt.

I was able to get nude. I wasn't able to get the cart to work for me to add the golden one.

Don't have an e-mail receipt, but I got to the confirmation screen with an order #

Seriously, I hope that you all get to order. Can someone post swatches when they get the product? I have never heard of her (I don't follow make up artists that much) and I would like to know if the products live up to the hype. When I looked on line, I didn't see many reviews for her products, only gushing remarks that she was putting out products. I'd like to hear the good and the bad (if there is any) about her products.

I ordered both and received email confirmation (finally).  It took two computers, my phone, and my tablet for me to get one page to completely load.

Her site takes PayPal for anyone who's curious, but I was too concerned about it crashing again to go through paypal

I managed to get my order through, my girl friend is still struggling 😞  I wanted to change my shipping address but figured that might take too long and the site would go down again.  Oh well.. will stalk the Fedex truck!!

I get that it's just makeup and not a huge deal, but you'd think that by now these companies would be prepared for the immense amount of people who are going to flood their website for a product!! I can't even remember how many times this has happened to different brands... Come on, get yo stuff together!!

I saw it briefly, but there was nowhere for a password.

I was able to get a password in but then it transitioned to a blank screen. Won't work on my phone either.

There is a special place somewhere for IT departments who don't anticipate high traffic and then don't fortify servers to withstand the number of users.

Still no luck here. I can't even get to her main site anymore. All blank white pages.
