Please forgive me for butting in!  I so agree with you that "concealer doesn't count as makeup, it's essential!"  True! 

I'm always curious about the next brand that someone raves about, even though I have used the same concealer forever.  Finding the right shade is difficult for me when I am looking at new-to-me concealers.  (I shop online.)  As you said, "Always the search!"

Concealer is a product I struggle with so much. It’s also so difficult to navigate shades online isn’t it? Never ending search! I had a good chuckle at your comment “ used the same concealer forever!” It’s a rough break up. 😂 Man how I envy those with no dark shadows or wrinkles! 😭

@Sunnysmom My holy grail continues to be the original Tarte Shape Tape, but I know it can be quite drying for some. I currently have the HUDA BEAUTY #FauxFilter Matte Buildable Coverage Waterproof Concealer LYS Beauty Triple Fix Brightening Concealer Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer with Caffeine and Hyaluronic Acid Tone 3.2 O Armani Beauty Power Fabric + Longwear Matte Concealer and some drugstore ones as well. I like all of them really, although some crease a little more than others (I don't set). If I want more than medium coverage I need a color corrector, though. I'm using the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Color Corrector now which is ok.

@makeitup305 @Sunnysmom I second the Kosas concealer - very creamy, does not mess with my eczema, and does a pretty decent job with coverage!

Good to know thank you @makeitup305 ! Yup I can’t handle the Tarte as it’s too much for me. Haven’t tried the CT or Huda or Lys. Have you checked out the BB color corrector? It’s pretty good. I can almost use it alone some days but it does layer pretty well with the others too. I don’t think the Maybelline is too bad either!  Always the search eh?!!

@Sunnysmom I tried the BB pot corrector and I enjoyed it. I haven’t tried their new concealer or the liquid corrector yet. The Maybelline was ok but I need more coverage than it gives. I would recommend the new NYX Bare With Me concealer. It’s got good coverage and a more creamy finish and you only need a dot.

The NYX sounds great @makeitup305 , I’ll have to check it out. Yup the new BB is nice. I forgot about the pot version! I used to love the It pot concealer too. That was effective!
