@Sunnysmom 60 mph can still do a lot of damage so I'm glad you did okay. Would be so cool to see high surf from PCH. Being on the east coast I watch the hurricane maps a lot and I was so shocked to see that storm making landfall where it did! I'm always jealous of the way the Pacific ones stay offshore.

@Winthrop44 I think ours were more around 45 from what I saw when I was watching but then gave up because only so much storm watching I could handle. 😭 lol. Winds are so frightening to me. We get the big Santa Ana’s which can be super strong. I think of you during all your storms too and wonder how you manage them. It’s a LOT for you guys!! I confess I’ve always been a weather junkie and love to look at weather maps! Of course used to be much more exciting in the Midwest vs here! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Groundhog Day here usually! Not complaining but… sometimes it’s kind of cool to get different!

@Sunnysmom I am scared to death of winds. We've had trees fall on us in 3-4 different hurricanes and also had a small tornado from hurricane remnants pull up trees that hit our house.

Whoa are you kidding me @Winthrop44 I am so sorry. That is totally frightening! Literally on you? Your home? I’m very scared of tornados. There is one road here that the trees lean around a curve and every time I drive on it I think “are those trees really going to stay there” ??!! 😭

@Sunnysmom, thank you! 😘 I'm being conservative with the eyeshadow application. Can't wait to try the terracotta blush tomorrow! My hairdresser cut a my hair a little shorter than I wanted but it grows really quickly. I have that orange colouring naturally (kind of like a tabby cat ). 😊

Love it @TraceyEB ! 😍 Yup thankfully short hair grows quickly! Lol I agree, the method to put the shadow on your hand and then apply with a brush works well! So glad as the shades are so good!

@Sunnysmom, I'm surprised at how good the shadows are. Chanel cream and liquid singles have been hit and miss for me in the past, so wasn't sure what to expect from this new formula.

These seem to really hold for a good long while @TraceyEB , even more so underneath other shadows. I do like the single shadows, they’re different from the quads it seems . They’re all different formulas! Lol 🤦🏻‍♀️ Maybe that’s not a bad thing tho. 😊

@TraceyEB  Lovely!  Bois D'Amarante on you  is what Murier  Noir looks like on me!  Crazy the differences.

Maybe Wild wouldn't be too dark on me.  Going to send back Kind because it's too much color for me.

@Ispend2much6, I was very light handed with 412, which may be where two shades look similar. When 412 is built up, there's a rose tone that comes through. 414 strikes me as being quite purple-y and cool toned when built up. Sorry that Kind is too much colour for you. Wild can be worn softly/lightly; I built up to the shade in my photos.

Loose eye shadows 412 Bois D’Amarante, 402 Sycomore, 414 Morier Noir, Rouge Coco Bloom 154 Kind.

Is my nose deceiving me or are the newest RCB’s not as heavily scented as previous releases?

@Ispend2much6, lovely swatches! It's good to see 402 (it's on the way) and 414, which my Chanel MUA said needed a tacky base to bring out the pigment on the eyes. Re: the Blooms, I can only smell a very faint scent, and the same as an older one that I have. Love the Kind lipstick shade!!

@TraceyEB   Good to know for 414.  I applied it on top of a pearly white shadow, and it really looked lovely; gave me "dreamy" eyes.  Can't think of how else to say it.  It paired well with Sycomore too.  I hope Chanel expands this product into many more shades.

@Ispend2much6, love how you've been wearing 414! I wouldn't think of using a pearly white base. Good to know about Sycamore, too. Can't wait to try it!

Great colors, @Ispend2much6 !  I got 154 and 402 as well.  This is my first foray into the Blooms.  I love that I can't detect a scent at all! 🙂

@Titian06, any scent they have is very faint. I just checked the scent of an older Bloom and one from this release and they smell the same to me (very faint scent).
