@StephaniLynn, @Mochapj I had wondered same thing and my SA just told me that it is due to ship mid June for the US and that the Beige collection is due mid May in stores. She is a Nordstrom SA by the way. ☺

@MochapjYou got the Plisse Lumiere, right? I vaguely remember that you posted swatches somewhere. Any thoughts on it? Worth getting? Or is it a pass?

@flonkerton I did when it went on sale in Canada. (it's the one on the right)

 

I do like it, more than the recent flower shaped one (Camelia de Chanel) but I don't think the shade is particularly unique so it would depend on whether you're into the design of the product, I guess.

Thx @Mochapj.  I try to be good and only hoard a little this year.  I still cant decide if i should get the Nars Blance de Sable, this or the Tom Ford Reflects Gilt.  How closely this to the lightest shade of Nars Blance de Sable?

@blackkitty2014 I'd have to check in better lighting but off the top of my head I think the NARS is more of a white gold and the Chanel is peachier.

I think it's becoming increasingly common for some products to be released first in international market...I've seen so many brands releasing first in Korea (maybe japan/china too), incl. Dior.

@StephaniLynn my SA went to Chanel "school" this past week and is supposed to get back to me early this week to let me know what they're receiving next and when. I'll post here when I find out 🙂

So has anyone else tried he Chanel Blue serum yet?  I got a DS from Lord & Taylor and I expected it to be similar to Sunday Riley Luna Oil and to actually be blue.

I just used my sample and was shocked that the serum is actually white!   However, I loved the texture and my skin felt very silky after I used it.   I donmt hink he DS Inreceived is large enough to see major anti-aging results, but I plan to use the whole tube!  🙂

@Tamara76  I've been testing the Blue Serum too for the past month, but haven't noticed any significant changes yet.  The one thing that I really like about it though is the softening effect after applying.  It seems to keep my skin well-moisturized all day too (thank goodness).  Hopefully we'll both see some good results once we're finished with the product! 🙂

@Mesmarian I've finished my sample and I think the effects were subtle, but I agree it left my skin very soft/moisturized.   I don't think I'll purchase it anytime soon, as I have other products I need to finish up first.  I think the Sublimage line provided more dramatic results when I was using it, but it is awfully pricey!

I did not feel the ingredients were suitable for my sensitive rosacea skin. Alcohol was really up there on the ingredient list, maybe even the second ingredient if I recall correctly.

@Winthrop44  That's too bad!  I will check the ingredients more carefully before I purchase this in the future.
