Bobbi Brown Thread

The Bobbi Brown thread.  Bobbi Brown was the first brand that got me excited about makeup.  So I'll always have a soft spot for BB.  And now Sephora has the amazing 25 year year palette.

Note, the holiday lip shade is sold out on Nordstrom.  I'm going to be watching for it on Sephora's site.

I couldn't resist the BB x Morag Myerscough collection when released on Selfridges. The bright art by this London-based artist is even more stunning in person! The eyeshadows produce a soft look that can be built up. I've enjoyed mixing cool and warm tones and using BB Luxe eyeshadows as toppers for an evening look . For me, the shadows benefit from a cream or powder eyeshadow base outside the palette. The highlighter is a beautiful light gold with a hint of rose. I find the Rosy Dew lipstick a little dull compared to the other products (and compared to other BB rose lipsticks). I've been pairing it with a BB Art Stick or lipgloss to spruce it up. I did not purchase the other lipstick in the collection, a light peach shade.

How did you get that? It's so beautiful - I've been looking on Selfridges forever and the palette is SOLD OUT. It's on BB UK but can't get it and not coming to States.

@Anonymous, hi, I ordered it from Selfridges when it formally launched. Selfridfges had the eyeshadow palette and lipsticks available before the launch and the eyeshadow palette sold out then, too. I follow BB MUAs from UK Pro team, and that can help with launch timing and seeing the products in use.
