Hair journey

Hey I’m new here, as you can see my ends are “empty”. This hair journey includes me regrowing my hair, maintain a healthy scalp, and protecting my ends from breakage/ split ends. I’ve been hair oiling twice a week, dusting my ends monthly, and  oiling and braiding my hair before bed. I’m attached to having long hair, so cutting all my ends at once it’s not an option. 

After hair oiling and washing my hair twice a week. I’ve noticed a significant improvement on my hair loss. I went from “50” hair strands to 1 (literally) hair strand per wash, and I can finally say that my apartment floors are hair free!!! 

this is my hair after dusting my ends and using K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 mL for the first time. I will be using it in the next 5 washes, and update you guys.
