Hair fall and frizz

Hey everyone, I am in bad need of some advice on my hair routine. I recently moved to Florida and my hair started falling out super badly. I have always had issue with hairfall but nice that concern and increased exponentially. 

I have wavy long hair a 2C I think with medium to high porosity. It is getting super frizzy and dry with split ends.

I started using Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo 32 oz/ 936 mL  along with #briogeo super food deep conditioning mask

Someone recommend me what to do

@spydi in my experience, stress has been the biggest cause of my hair falling. A big change might have triggered it. Check your water quality, sometimes hard water can dry out your hair. You can also ask your doctor to check your thyroid just in case. I don't love the Briogeo shampoo personally, maybe try something more gentle. The humidity in FL will definitely make it more frizzy.
