Best product to repair damaged hair?

So my hair is fairly damaged as i like to change the colour every so often. I'm ready to change again however my hair is too damaged at this point that i need to wait before dying again. What should i use to help heal my hair??

@Shauna369 If your salon is open you can ask if they offer hair steaming.  Another thing is to not wash your hair everyday, use a hot oil treatment and hair mask at least once a week.
