Hello there, ladies and gents!

Keeping in line with all the fun and interactive threads asking about your most recent halls, items you have your eyes on, what you're currently wearing, what's your hair routine, and more, I've decide to branch out and ask:

"What's on your plate?"

The beauty world doesn't just stop at skin care and cosmetics, it also goes hand in hand with your overall health and well-being, so with that, I'm curious to see what we're all chowing down and snacking on be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or inbetween!

For those with apps that help count calories or to those who just want to keep a log, here's a place to share, possibly find and share some recipes, and even tips on maintaining a balanced diet.

Don't just share food items, but even drinks! I'm a huge fan of tea and at least have a cup of green tea a day (anti-oxidants) and drink plenty of water.

For lunch today, I had:

-Brown rice

-Steamed egg

-Steamed red snapper with green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper

-Gai lan (it's a type of Chinese vegetable/greens)

Now, tell me, Beauty Talk world, what do you have? 😄

What a fun night out with your family @caitbird! I've never tried sopapillas before either but am adding it to my list. I usually fill upon chips and salsa (and sometimes guacamole) when we're at a Mexican restaurant - they're just soooo good - and don't have room for dessert let alone my main entree, but sopapillas look delicious and great for sharing!

@itsfi  thank you so much! The sopapillas were delicious and decadent - they are fried tortillas with cinnamon sugar and honey, perfect for my sweet tooth - and yes, the large portions were perfect for sharing 😂 and yes omg, they gave us freshly made salsa and chips for our appetizer 🤤

Pecan chicken?! Okay you have an amazing taste. I am not a huge fan of chicken but this sounds amazing 🤩 that’s how good it looks! Very tasty @Samtian

How does this work, they send you everything?

@CynthieLu Yep they do! Everything portioned for, in our case 2 servings, including sauces. Except like butter, salt and pepper, water and sometimes sugar.

@Samtian  Ouhhh I love that you get different recipes every night and that it’s all portioned so you can’t go overboard if something tastes way too good.

@heartsmyface Same here! You get to pick what recipes you want, but sometimes I have to make adjustments or switches.

@Samtian These dishes last look wonderful. I saving the recipes. I find these boxed really help to give me inspiration for new meals. I am glad you enjoyed them!

@Mellmars1185 Yep! Mom punches holes in them and puts them in a binder. When we did Home Chef that's how they came so we stuck with that. Though it never tastes the same for me haha.
