Hello there, ladies and gents!

Keeping in line with all the fun and interactive threads asking about your most recent halls, items you have your eyes on, what you're currently wearing, what's your hair routine, and more, I've decide to branch out and ask:

"What's on your plate?"

The beauty world doesn't just stop at skin care and cosmetics, it also goes hand in hand with your overall health and well-being, so with that, I'm curious to see what we're all chowing down and snacking on be it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or inbetween!

For those with apps that help count calories or to those who just want to keep a log, here's a place to share, possibly find and share some recipes, and even tips on maintaining a balanced diet.

Don't just share food items, but even drinks! I'm a huge fan of tea and at least have a cup of green tea a day (anti-oxidants) and drink plenty of water.

For lunch today, I had:

-Brown rice

-Steamed egg

-Steamed red snapper with green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper

-Gai lan (it's a type of Chinese vegetable/greens)

Now, tell me, Beauty Talk world, what do you have? 😄

@CookieGirl1   It makes me drool!  I’ve been known to sit there and eat the whole pan! 😄 especially with tumeric and chilies!  
Thank goodness it’s on the low carb list!  Most of my favorite foods aren’t on it.  Sweet potatoes are on my carb cycling day!

@Ispend2much6 This is my first time trying to make a matcha mochi cake.  I made the icing and have another pan in addition to the Bundt one but thought it was too sweet. Next time I won’t put as much sugar. The consistency was perfect.

@SportyGirly125   Thanks for the tag!  It looks really delicious!  Whose recipe did you use?  Mine was also too sweet; can't remember if I mentioned that.  The rest of my family didn't think so.

Making sour cream banana bread today. I think I miss the mark but my husband said “Delicious! Can you make it again and bigger portion next time?” 🤷‍♀️

That sounds delicious. I have been making tons of banana bread but haven't tried sour cream banana bread. I will have to look into making this!

@blackkitty2014 I love banana bread! That looks yummy! The first time I tried making banana bread many years ago with sour cream I was convinced it would taste funky but was so surprised how moist and delicious the bread was. I don't bake very often but my sisters do so I get to reap their rewards lol
