Things are crazy now. I think we are all trying to stay healthy and maintain sanity as well. I thought I would start this thread so folks can check in and discuss how they're doing. I want all my BIC friends to be okay. I will kick this off with a first post. Take care of yourself lovelies.

Boy, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately! I feel like so much is going on at the same time.  Work has been overwhelming, people at work keep thinking that our jobs are their hobby and that they can do it better, although they can’t, and both kids are away at college but the younger one still has a lot of medical appointments.  I’m feeling pretty down, but feel better with your kind words.

I wanted to update all my BICers on why I've been absent.  I had a very bad case of the flu for two weeks.   I had complications including vomiting (went to ER), back spasms/no bowel movement for two weeks (went to ER) and thought I was having a stroke (went to ER).  I'm doing better but on medical leave due to persistent back pain that makes me hobble.  Having trouble dressing, lifting, bending, etc.

My dad came in from out of town to help, and he had a fall.  Now he has a large nasty bruise, back pain/spasms. 

But the worst is my husband.   He was very sick with the flu for over 2 weeks.   He was hospitalized for something else, and it's not a good diagnosis.   We're sad and scared.   That's all I'm comfortable sharing right now.  He's in bad shape.

I'd appreciate thoughts and prayers.   I feel like my world has fallen apart.   I'm 42 and my husband is 43.  Pls know that I don't think I'll be up to responding to tags individually but I'd love to read them.  Thank you all.
