A place to say thank you, provide reviews and first impressions, or follow up on gratis received after more use!

Many of us have been very lucky to receive gratis (thanks Sephora!), and I’ve been finding that while it’s easy to initially post about receiving it and initial reviews, it’s not as easy to follow up! 

I thought maybe we could have a dedicated thread to follow-ups and reviews with products we’ve received after we’ve been using them for a while, especially because it’s sometimes hard to find the original thank you and first impressions threads.

Eek! The same thing happened to me, @PinkEvergreen ! I wasn't home so my parents were the ones to tell me about the duty fees. UPS are coming back tomorrow and I'm really torn on what to do. 😞 I would hate sending it back but the duty fees are just so hefty. I know there's usually a warning about possible duty fees, but I've never had any from gratis so I'm quite surprised.

@SpaceLlama That stinks that duties are so high there!  I'm sorry :(.

@SpaceLlama  The thing that gets me is that the majority of the fee (like, 3/4) is UPS’s fee, not even duties. I don’t mind paying my fair share of duties, but it’s a hard pass on paying UPS to do virtually nothing. (Most of the customs stuff is totally automated.)

@TeamBIC thank you for the gratis I received as well. I’m not so active in the community because I just had a baby and my new life is beautifully hectic. This was a sweet way to have something for myself. @cianni thank you for creating this thread.
