Welcome to the Pan It Challenge, 2022 Edition!!
I'm claiming a 2022 that's greater than our wildest imaginations, also for my longtimers this will be our FIFTH YEAR doing this challenge. Thanks to all who've stuck around and everyone who's tested themselves and jumped into the madness. You all are amazing 😘
The "Rules"
To accommodate a variety of interests, you all are encouraged to pick items to pan that are most suitable to your collections. For some, this might mean focusing on a particular type of product (like lipstick) and for others this may include a larger variety spanning your entire makeup or skincare routine.

@ElleElleG I didn’t notice it doing anything either. The only eye cream I’ve tried recently that I felt did anything was the fab niacinamide brightening one and it could possibly be because it’s tinted. https://www.sephora.com/ca/en/product/first-aid-beauty-eye-duty-niacinamide-brightening-eye-cream-P4...
Working on a Kiehls one right now @heartsmyface but I'll add this one to my favorites so I can test it next.
Thank you @ElleElleG! You know, I don’t know if it’s a popular opinion, but I have for a long time wondered about the benefits of most but not necessarily all eye creams - wouldn’t / couldn’t our moisturizer do the same thing? I imagine a lot would have to do with ingredients. With the belif, I do like how it feels and think it does provide another layer of hydration to the undereye area - last month I was particularly dry there as a result of allergies and the weather with the transition to spring. But I’m not sure it did too much more other than extra hydration.
I've wondered the same thing @itsfi ! There are some super moisturizing creams (I'm thinking of the Aqua Bomb funny enough) that provide so much moisture that I feel like it's enough sometimes. Maybe applying it as you would an actual eye cream would generate similar results? I've never purchased a full size of the belif eye cream but the minis that come in their sets tend to last me MONTHS
@ElleElleG, the extra dryness from allergies has made the usefulness of the eye cream more apparent for me, but I think the eye creams I see the mosf benefit from, for myself at least, have been the brightening ones (like The Inkey List caffeine eye cream, Origins Ginzing or the Ole Henriksen one from the vitamin C line).
@itsfi It's so fun watching the Biba progress. I misread the perfume and thought you said you spritz it on your face haha. That gave me a good chuckle.
Hahaha! That is something I could see myself accidentally doing @Samtian. 🤪 A few weeks ago I inadvertently applied the JVN air dry cream to my face thinking it was my moisturizer. I only realized it afterwards when I wondered why I kept smelling a scent that reminded me of my hair products. 😲 Ack!!! 😬 I really cannot recommend doing that. 🤣
Small Update. I started with each category, and having a personal goal to hit from each one. I am happy to report I have met goals in 3 of them. For mini perfumes I had a goal of 1 out of 39. Travel sized perfumes a goal of 1 out of 41. And cleansers a goal of 5 out of 23. Cleansers are currently at 7.
@Samtian, what a fab update!! 😍 Three goals met? Woohoo! 🙌🏼 And you exceeded your goal with the cleansers! Yes!!!! 👍🏼 You’re doing great!
Two items used and two replacement items! I'm still doing good, practically using the hoola stick bronzer and Tarte highlighter every time I do makeup, the abh palette, is getting love too!
BBW chocolate covered cherry spray is done!! Raspberry jam donut will take it's spot
fresh advanced lip therapy is done and will be replaced with fresh sugar honey
Love that you picked items to immediately replace the ones you completed, that's awesome! Never heard of those BBW scents and now I want to smell them 👃
You’re doing great @lmaster!! 😍 Oh goodness! The scents on those sprays sound like they are amazing! I would be craving sweets all day!
@heartsmyface well, I figure if I use it up, I'll add new products, to try to get thru them faster,, it'll motivate me
