Monthly Favorites: July 2022 Edition!

Happy July, Beauty Insider Community friends, and special shout out to my fellow Cancers 🦀 (if you’re into zodiac signs 😊). This month, my beauty theme has been glowy and protected! I have been naturally gravitating more towards sunscreens since getting so many awesome SPF-packed product recommendations in The SPF/Sunscreen Thread: What are your faves this season? 😎☀️ thread and found myself with four new sunscreens by the second week of July. 😂

To avoid listing a bunch of sunscreens, here is my favorite one out of the bunch along with my other monthly faves!

• Tower 28 Beauty Bronzino Illuminating Cream Bronzer Sun Coast 

I have found a new power duo in the Milk Hydro Grip Primer and Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Setting Spray. I paired the two together for the first time and my makeup was able to withstand hot and humid conditions all the way into the evening!

I have so many good things to say about these products, but to avoid getting too lengthy of a post feel free to ask me in the comments. 😉

BBW Honeysuckle & Peach Spritz body cream

Kopari Sugar Cookie Coconut Melt

Ulta Beauty Sea Salt Pedi Pebble I currently have this scent in my shower and have backups of both the sea salt and raspberry scent. They last more than a month is used a couple times a week. 

Zoeva 322 brow brush. I use it to clean up any outer corner blemishes with concealer and it’s been a game changer for crisper clean lines. I need a backup.  

MorphexAriel A16 makes liner so easy. 

Sonia G soft shader makes it so easy to get my outer corner of my eyes dark and Smokey without looking messy.  

MAC 221S is my most used brush for buffing shadow under my eyes.

@SportyGirly125 had to doubletake at your cute favorites photo because I thought I was seeing sand/beach but in fact it was your cozy fur blanket! Haha (I must have my mind on the beach right now due to the weekly vacay challenge 😂).

I love that your favorites are on the fruity side for this month, that's so perfect for summer! 😊🥥🍓

@Anna2BT I just ordered The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum and tried it for the first time last night! Too early for real results, but I will say I was very relieved that my eyes weren't irritated when I woke up -- which I often struggle with when it comes to lash products. So far, so good... now let's cross our fingers for lush lashes!

One of my other faves for the month is MAKEUP BY MARIO MoistureGlow™ Plumping Lip Serum Bare Glow - it's sooo glossy but not sticky, with just the right amount of plumping tingle, haha.

@AlexBT I can't wait to hear what you think about The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum . That stuff is one of the best finds of the year for me! I can't believe a) how fast you see results b) how long the results last and c) the price - so affordable! Also love that it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

@AlexBT I loved that you mentioned the MAKEUP BY MARIO MoistureGlow™ Plumping Lip Serum because mine just came in the mail yesterday - great minds must think alike 😉 I'm really excited to try it!

For the lash/brow serum I've seen great results on my brows and the serum hasn't irritated my eyes at all, buuut I would be cautious with the applicator as it makes my eyes itchy (occasionally). Sometimes I'll opt to use more of the plastic part of the wand and it's been working much better on my eyes now. Hope you see good results!
