Happy late summer, fellow BIC-ers! Team BIC was working remotely for the first half of the month (preparing to move into our new Sephora HQ!) so I bounced around a bit and enjoyed a change of scenery away from my typical desk setup. ✈ Exploring new places is fun, but there’s something so comforting and satisfying about coming home and getting to settle back into my routine again. No shade to all our fave minis (we had so much fun during ourMajor Minis Challenge!), but there’s nothing quite like having access to all my full-size beauty must-haves from my home stash after a few days of being limited to the pared-down regimen I’ve managed to fit into my carry-on!

@jaaayp Awww darn… Did you look at Tower 28 Beauty Sculptino® Soft Matte Cream Contour + Bronzer Broad. It’s more neutral than the Bronzino.

@Mellmars1185 love your favs! Very similar to what I've been reaching for! Do you wear the Glossier Futuredew Facial Oil-Serum Hybrid 1 oz / 30 mL underneath foundation? I wear it alone and found that it slipped my foundation but I hear it's the best?!?!

@jaaayp Thank you! I have been wearing it underneath cream products like blush and bronzer and a cream foundation in my tzone and buffing out. I have not had any issues. I have also been setting the creams with powders.

New Sephora HQ is exciting - good luck with the new digs! I still wish Sephora would open up more remote jobs!!! @AlexBT

Since the pandemic, Sephora has made a lot more positions remote-eligible (and things are always changing!), so I encourage you to keep looking!
