Happy late summer, fellow BIC-ers! Team BIC was working remotely for the first half of the month (preparing to move into our new Sephora HQ!) so I bounced around a bit and enjoyed a change of scenery away from my typical desk setup. ✈ Exploring new places is fun, but there’s something so comforting and satisfying about coming home and getting to settle back into my routine again. No shade to all our fave minis (we had so much fun during ourMajor Minis Challenge!), but there’s nothing quite like having access to all my full-size beauty must-haves from my home stash after a few days of being limited to the pared-down regimen I’ve managed to fit into my carry-on!

@CynthieLu I feel like I've heard a few people talk about the COLOR WOW One Minute Transformation Anti Frizz Styling Cream 4 oz/ 120 mL lately; I may have to check that out.

I scooped it up from the Rewards Bazaar @CookieGirl1. I love minis for trying/testing out a product. 😉

This one works pretty great with my fine hair.  Even with my length I only use a little drop on my damp hair.  It gets it looking nicely smoothed 💖

@dimesandnichols I'm embarrassed to say I still don't own one! but the Glam palette has been sitting in my loves list waiting for just the right moment...
