Feedback Wanted: TeamBIC’s 2023 Holiday Gratis Thread

It’s the holiday season, BIC! ⛄❄️ This year, we gave select members a chance to unbox 10 days of Community Faves as a token of our appreciation for their participation in the Beauty Insider Community. Community Favorites are some of the most talked-about products among members, and we thought we would celebrate these tried-and-true holy grails by gifting them to some of you! 🎁

This thread is a place for those who are receiving these goodies from us to share their gratis – though this won’t be your traditional unboxing. 😉 Without giving too much away, we are highlighting 10 days’ worth of Community Faves, meaning that you’ll have 10 Sephora products to unveil across 10 days … should you choose to refrain from opening them all at once (no judgement either way 😄).

Though our recipients’ packages may take varying time to get delivered, they should all arrive before mid-December. 💙 While you’re free to begin unboxing your gratis as you wish when you receive it, we are challenging you to post photos and share your thoughts on each of the products according to the schedule below so we can all experience the unboxing magic together (starting with the gift labeled “Day 1”)! You can absolutely post product photos and reactions earlier if you like – we might just suggest hiding them behind a spoiler tab to keep the surprise alive for fellow recipients who are still on their unboxing journey. 🙏

@TeamBIC this would be my actual first advent calendar I'm so excited! I bought one two years ago that was The Office theme but I can't bring myself to actually open it lol!

Does anyone want to make some predictions about some of the top products from this year? I want to say Tower 28 Beauty Mini SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 1 oz/ 30 mL. Everyone (myself included) has been raving about it and it seems like it was also included in this year’s Sephoria swag.

@JoSometimes   I think you're right about Tower 28 Beauty Mini SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid 1 oz/ 30 mL  - every time I go to buy it it's sold out again! I also think that @greeneyedgirl107 and @CynthieLu have come up with some inspired guesses - I'd be thrilled to have any of the products they mentioned.

I'm also guessing that there's some sort of treat in there like an insulated mug (for hot chocolate, of course!), and maybe a scarf (don't ask me why a scarf came to mind; it just popped into my head). Anyhow, something that's special and not sold on the Sephora website.

Regardless, I can't wait to see what's in the boxes! I love Advent calendars. Squee!

@JoSometimes Your totally right I think, the clues are out there, we've read each other's loves each month in the Monthly Favorites threads, that might be a place to start looking for clues? 🧐😁

@CynthieLu I feel like there's gotta be something from Danessa Myricks, been seeing a lot of love for her and the brand. Maybe the Summer Fridays lip butter butter balm? I've yet to try it but I think people here like it.
