ANASTASIA SUBCULTURE PALETTE | Warm Toned or Cool? Worth the buy?

Thoughts on the new eye palette by Anastasia, SUBCULTURE? 

My main question is if it compliments more cool toned skin, or warm tones. I am warm tones (brown hair, tan, brown eyes, Kim Kardashian vibes, warm warm warm!), and I've been waiting for ABH to come out with a new eye palette and I'm curious if its worth the purchase!

There's a major issue with fallout and hitting pan first use. People believe they changed their formula around and are using talc instead of mink. It's beautiful palette but I would wait until their issue is fixed

Its more cool tone in my opinion. A lot of cooler colors and mattes. Only has 3 shimmer/duo chromes in it. This palette is getting a lot of hate. People are saying it has a lot of fallout and is not easily blendable. I tried it out and returned it. It didn't blend well for me [ however it did have a lot of pigment] I feel like you would enjoy the modern renaissance palette they have more. I love Anastasia but subculture was a miss for me.
