Yeah this banner is on the site... but no products on sale... SMDH. Same thing happened with a flash shipping banner... we see the advertisement but it wasn't offered to us... And we NEVER get answers to any of our questions.  Constantly ignored. Yup #SephorahatesCanada

Thought the CEO of Sephora Americas was Canadian... I'd expect better.

Why is this in my inbox of the Canadian app when none of these items are on sale and the sale page is the exact same as its been for weeks? @RachelBT We are going on month 6 of no answers and being ignored, absolutely ridiculous.

Canada is always an after thought. They'll throw us a bone tomorrow, it wont be as good of a deal or those products and they won't acknowledge the error either.

This is false advertising- they are  breaking  the law by knowingly advertising products at a lower price they are not available st the price.

I was wondering about this too, why are sales that we can’t even access being advertised to us? It’s just kind of taunting to see. Canadians, make sure you continue to email Sephora CS regarding the Weekly Wow deals and Play! Boxes that aren’t available to us.

Will all of the colors in the UD products go on sale?  Right now only half of the top coats are showing on sale (white lie isn’t) and 19 of the pencils.

I agree. I was excited for a couple of the colors, but disappointed when I saw they weren’t on sale.

Every one I put in my basket last night isn’t on sale. Ulta, Nordstrom’s, and Macy’s sadly only have the same colors on sale too. Oh well. Saving money.

@Indy701 When there's a store at Sephora, you can expect a sale at Ulta, Macy's, Nordstrom, etc. at the same time usually.  I've noticed this for many products.  Glad I'm not the only one though!

@itsvictoria I was a little slow to catch on to that one. I keep hoping one will take the initiative to put all colors on sale. They could get so much of my money.

@Indy701 Yesss! Seems all the good colors are always the ones not on sale.  It was the same way with the white Converse that's popular, and the key is always to wait.  😉
