No online has more sales

Bought the Urban Decay pencil today in store with many other items.  Just looked at my receipt and I was charged full price.  Does the weekly wow extend to stores or do I need to only order online?  Will they refund me?

I went into Sephora yesterday and the store signage on the Urban Decay sale items was very confusing. They said the sale price in larger font but in smaller font, they said select colors only. The signs did not specify which colors were on sale. I looked up the sale colors online and bought 69 which did ring up at the sale price. In my opinion, the sale signage is not well-done and somewhat misleading. The sale colors should be clearly marked so customers don’t have to look up the sale colors online. Sephora should follow Ulta’s example and have the weekly sale items displayed at the front of the store to avoid confusion.

It should be online and in stores, but I noticed some colors online are full price and some are on sale. Did you purchase a sale color?

Great to hear, but it’s been how many months now? Not sure why it hasn’t been resolved until now. I’m not blaming you, but Sephora should have seen numerous complains until now about this... and the false advertisement? smh🤦‍♀️ I feel like Harry Potter watching his cousin get everything & we’re just left on the side to watch (bad comparison, but you hopefully get what I mean...) On a side note about this. Canada may not have as much competition to Sephora as the U.S does, but it’s all a matter of time before other chains come in. Sephora should stay loyal to their customers before any competition comes, not try to win back customers later on

not to mention that we did get by with mac/departement stores and, for some, beauty boutique/murale/shoppers before they entered the canadian market. The last weekly wows though seemed to always be delayed vs the states so it might just be a question of time (unless it says later in thread that we are not getting it at all. I didn't read all the posts). other than exclusives, alot is still found elsewhere, though I will say that sephora tends to have more deals and obviously more brands so its just easier to shop everything at the same place. Hope they give you an answer.

I love Urban decay products. Great product line. I never tried lip liner. Glad it's an option this month.

I received a sample from UD and really liked them. Easy way to change the shade of lipsticks and glosses.

Really bummed out as a Canadian customer i was really excited for the UD liners to be on sale I’ve had them on my loves list for awhile and been waiting for a good sale to finally try them out
