What is the best vitamin c serum. At first, i wanted to try the drunk elephant one but then i saw the deciem hylamid c booster. The price is great. Is the product as good as the price or i should stay with my first choice?

I am loving Sunday Riley's C.E.O Rapid Flash

Brightening Serum. I used to use Skinceuticals Phloretin, but that is almost double the cost of the Sunday Riley one and it works the same. I might even like the Sunday Riley one more as I find it more hydrating.
