Vitamin C serum best

I am looking for vitamin C. I want glow on my skin after applying. My skin is not oily and dry.

I have personally tried the following: (1.) SEPHORA COLLECTION Super Glow Serum with Vitamin C + E 

(2.) Drmtlgy Vitamin C, E, Ferulic Acid (3.) Timeless 20% Vitamin C, E, Ferulic Acid (4.) SkinCeuticals Vitamin C, E Ferulic Acid. I like them all, but I do feel I have had the best results from the SkinCeuticals. Sadly, it is very expensive.
