SPF for Spring

As the Spring approaches, the skin care routine may need to be slightly adjusted.  For me, it does more usually than not.  

A mainstay though is SPF in various applicant forms--serums, creams, lotions, or even sprays.

I've found it crucial to look at the ingredients of foundations especially closely since some do not contain skin or sun protection factors;  so, one needs to be applied in order to maintain skin health.

Supergoop!, Cay Skin, First Aid Beauty, and E.L.F. all provide safe levels of skin/sun protection and look great on with tinted moisturizer or foundation.
