How to get rid of tiny bumps under eyes?

Hello Beauties! So, I have tiny little bumps under my eyes that I would love to clear up! I'm assuming they're clogged pores? Or its spmething genetic? I've had them for a really long time. It makes it difficult to hide when using concealer or foundation because they're still noticeable. Is there any skincare products, eye creams, eye serums, or even a routine you could suggest to eliminate it? They look similar to this:

If you're experiencing tiny white bumbs (usually milia) especially around the eye area, I know that we offer the Dew it All eye cream from Farmacy! It actually has a tiny amount of salicylic acid to clear out those pores and keep em clean. If you get a chance, pop on over to a Sephora near you and grab one.
