Damaged Skin barrier

I have really sensitive skin and currently struggling with a damaged skin barrier. I need product recommendations that’ll help

Hi @rubyxxiv if your worried about your skin you may want to check in with your family doctor.

When my skin barrier is acting up I drop any actives in my routine and just go to the basics.

Just a gentle cleanse, a ceramide serum, gentle moisturizer and SPF in the day time. 

Skinfix is a pretty great brand when your skin is acting up imo. And the sets can be a nice way to get a little bit of everything.
