Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni

I mean.... I willingly put it on my face after seeing the batch date... but I knew when I saw that that it wasn’t going to be one of the good ones lol @eshoe @faeriegirl

I would not have used it @missjeanie just because that’s a looooong time for something to be sitting on a shelf. I’m all for FIFO but this was a bit much for me.

mine very well could be other things @eshoe .  I totally washed my face with only a cleansing wipe on Saturday night.... but I'm choosing to blame the 4 year old mask! lol

Last night I used a sample of the Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme mask.  Everyone was right... this is so different from the Summer Fridays Overtime mask.  I'm so torn... I just got the SF mask in today and I'm so tempted to pick this one up as well.  It had a slight tingle to it when I put it on, but after that I was okay.  The results of this one remind me of Babyfacial.  I might use up my babyfacial over the summer and pick this up once that's done or during the fall sale as a substitute and just get a smaller baby facial.  I'm clearly trying to talk myself out of spending more money. (Before the sale I hadn't spent any money at Sephora this year... I'm almost re-rouged now).  I'm reminding myself I can grab a 100$ reward for this if I want to as well (gonna need to grab it for the Farmacy mask anyhow since someone waited too long to order).  A+ on the PTR Pumpkin.  It'll be on my face again!

I followed this up with the Vita Bright mask from Rael.  This mask was a lovely soft R. Nano cell sheet.  I''m not really sure what exactly that means, but it felt very soft, yet still was easy to handle.  From what I've read this is a lovely company that really seems to give back.  The mask has a very light scent to it, nothing to write home about.  The mask was quite soaked but not dripping and fit easily.  It was still quite damp after 25 minutes and I could have left it on for longer but ya girl was exhausted!  My skin looked nice after this mask combo.  Clear, bright and hydrated.  I'd buy these again when I run out of them if I come across them. I wish I could wake up early enough to mask like this in the morning... but it ain't likely to happen lol.

The SC Honey Lip scrub still felt like a balm to me last night, I didn't need to take it off at all.  It does smell lovely and hydrate nicely.

The PTR pumpkin is a favorite of mine @missjeanie! 😊 Love the combo with that sheet mask. I've been hearing about Rael masks; will have to put them on my list to check them out.

Of you come across them they’re nice @itsfi , I mean... they didn’t like blow my mind, but they’re soft and they do a decent job! Though most sheet masks aren’t mind blowing for me... they’re workhorses that give me the boost of hydration/moisture.

Oh @Shosh85 ... I saw that Target was starting to sell some of the Real products, I don't think they've got the sheet masks, but could be coming.

Ok so first, wow that must have been some fun shopping @missjeanie 🤩! So I’m curious how you would compare the SF and PTR. Mainly, is the scent on the Overtime overwhelming? Which did you like better of the two?

Lol... I’m trying to tell myself that I did pick up a few gifts as well so it’s not as bad....

the only thing these masks really have in common is the pumpkin influenced scent @eshoe . The summer Friday’s was more granules in a moisturizing base. It had great scrubbies! The PTR was more of a mask style peel. I would compare it more to a DE Babyfacial. There were a few particles in it that could be a physical exfoliatir, but it wasn’t nearly as scrubby as the SF. In broad terms one felt physical and one chemical. I avoided any last second purchasing (most were out of stock) but I will get this this year once I’ve ised up a few things!

Ok @missjeanie that’s what I needed to know. I ordered the Overtime meaning to order the R&R (which is on the way) and I’m not a big pumpkin-scent fan. Hee hee love that you are making good use out of your ‘scrubbies’ term😉

Overtime is the rose scented one? Have you tried it out @eshoe ? I took a peek st it, but I gave too many masks in my list at the moment. The R&R does have the pumpkin latte scent.
