Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. Feel free to post as frequently or infrequently as you would like, with or without following the challenge; they are guidelines and just something we do for fun. We love hearing about every masking experience, and suggestions are always welcomed!

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

I half expected to see a photo of a sea  cucumber in the spoiler for, y’know, effect😝. We get a lot of them on the water and they look more like big spiked slugs rather than anything you’d associate with crisp juicy cucumbers.  

The mask sounds lovely though!;  @itsfi once I get the image of sea sucumebrs outta my head and clump them in the same category as snails.😅

@itsfi I almost ordered this one a while back, but then decided against it after I googled what a Black Sea Cucumber is. I should've done what you did and waited to look it up after I used it 😂😂 It sounds like it's a great mask! It's awesome it fit so well! 👌 Sea Cucumbers are very interesting creatures – I read that they have some great skincare and medicinal benefits.

Ohhh, that’s so interesting about Black Sea Cucumber @Shosh85! I’m interested in what other hydrogel masks Holika Holika makes because the mask fit so well and stayed in place - almost unheard of for me and hydrogens. Lol! 🤣 OMG, if I looked up what it looked like before using the mask, I’m pretty sure it would have been buried deep in the bin and conveniently found after the expiration date! 😐

yesterday I tried Mahalo the bean mask @veronika23 uses this one and included a review, and of course since coffee is an ingredient,I had to try it 😉 I did really enjoy this mask as well. it is great for exfolating and detoxifying, along with toning and purifying. this is definitely a keeper A+ just looks gross on my face 😂

@lmaster I love that Bean Mask! Wish it was 1/2 the size, I would buy it even though I don’t need another exfoliating product, it would be the perfect t-zone complement to the Cocoa Mask!
