I really liked the tie bags too! I was doing something with them now im going to have to figure out how to finish my project and its not looking like its going to work now 😕 i absolutly love Sephora Play and the products they match me with 😊😘

I cancelled my subscription. I have changed my profile multiple times to try and get more relevant products and it hasn’t worked. Makeup forever is a brand that I have never liked and it seems like I get a product of theirs almost every month. My friend and I both had a subscription and it seems like they don’t concern themselves with your profile because we would both get the same items each month even though we have completely different skin types and tones.

I’m thinking of the same thing as well because every time i get a foundation sample, it’s always waaaay too dark. They should definitely start paying attention to our profiles because it will cause people to just cancel

I think I’m canceling too. I’ve used nothing out of my last few boxes. My teenage niece who likes anything/everything has been majorly scoring.

I got box 772 and it was a HUGE improvement from last months whichincluded two products I already own, not a great start as my first box.I(surprisingly) am excited for all my samples. The MakeUpForever tintin 8 was an almost perfect match for my tan skin tone. I love the Boscia container (and is large for sample) and can see myself reusing as a travel container. I'm also already a Chole wearer so the new Chole perfume sample was also a plus. I am FOMO-ing for not getting the lip/cheek stick... I'm also Team Recyclable bag. the cloth ones weren't that useful since they were just a string pull and I prefer a safe seal and something washable.

I got the Make Up Forever tinted thing in my box and mine was awful!The color was sooo dark! Ugh so disappointed 😞 I am glad it worked for you. My mom is getting a new foundation hahaha.

Your new bags are horrible. It cheapens the whole experience of receiving the samples each month. I am considering canceling my subscription

Like others have stated, I do think the samples in my play! box are higher quality than my ipsy samples - that’s why this new plastic ziplock bag is such a disappointment. How about getting rid of the bag all together instead of making the whole thing seem so cheap? Ipsy’s bags have always been way cuter and better quality - I’d rather have a nicer “bonus” sample instead of the foil packettes.

Bag aside, I'm really happy with this month's Play box!  These are the types of products that would make me look forward to Play!  I think there were enough makeup items and just the variety was good!  Please keep it up and add more new products!   Tried the Cactus water and love it!  I'm happy with the ones that I received, but like another commenter said, maybe we don't need always need two skincare products in one box.  Makeup items on the hand?  Never too many!

I am so disappointed!!!!!! The fabric bags were so useful. I used them to organize my samplers in my drawers, to organize my diaper bags and my gym bag. Everybody try to be more environment friendly and you go with PLASTIC bags??? Mine arrived open with the samplers shaking around in the box and half perfume gone!!!! No no no it’s a no from me. If you don’t change it in a couple of months with something eco friendly I will cancel my subscription

I actually prefer the new bags because they are clear. I can quickly sort through my samples bag and see what is in each.

i dont like the new bags, i reused the drawstring ones this one will not be used. If this is tje new bag im cancelling my subscription. The bag is part of the 10 dollars. i can walk intp sephora and get the these samples for free. i enjoy getting them in the mail. i look forward to i and the drawstring bag is part of it.

The bags are supposed to be 100% recyclable...and TSA-approved.  It's just that neither points make the bag more covetted to me.

I'm not sure what the fuss is about a bag.  I have more bags than I know what to do with.  Cosmetic cases I can donate to a charity that collects them as well as unused makeup and perfume samples and distributes them to teens in foster care.  But the little cloth sacks were useless.  

Personally I'd rather see them do away with the whole bag concept, because I'm guessing that the majority of them regardless of type go in the trash.  Just put the items into a small brown kraft paper bag with the Sephora logo, because those are 100% recyclable, and even in an area without a recycling program, they can be composted or at least break down very quickly in landfills.

Super disappointed! The boxes I receive never fit my profile, what’s the point in having a profile if I get stuff that I can’t use. I wonder if they even bother reading these threads because everyone complains about the same thing. I think I’m going to cancel.
