Agreed. I have so many small tarte lipsticks that I’ll never use and they keep sending the ugliest colors in general for lip stuff.

This box was AWFUL!! I am just about done with my Play box. Every month I look at the sneak peek and get excited and then NEVER get what they show. This month had tons of stuff I love eyeliner, brow gel, lipstick, lip gloss, my absolute favorite perfume kat von d- and I didn't get any. Not one. I got 2 primers and 2 foundations in weird colors. And what do I need to do to stop getting primers!!!! I will change absolutely anything in my profile if I can stop getting them. And this month I received 2!!! I get a primer every month and it is the one beauty product I hardly use and now that's all I get is - PRIMER-UGH!! The whole box is going into the trash. One more month like this and I'm finished. Sorry play box!

Worst box I've gotten to date, like really you think a yellow foundation is going to work with fair/light skin? also enough freaking moisturizers I have oily acne prone skin I dont need MORE to make it worse. I'm honestly cancelling if theres not a serious change next month. Also couldnt bother with decent bags we can actually reuse anymore? This bag looks cheap and doesn't even close nor would I want to reuse it. Not happy this month Sephora! Not at all!

This is my first box. Even after the reviews I wanted to try it out for myself. I am not happy. I got 2 primers, and make up for women of a pale shade. A perfume sample for men and a cleanser which is about the the only thing I can use. I’m out!

Very disappointed that I didn’t receive either Urban Decay All Nighter Spray or Caudalie Serum as promised in the Sneak Peak. Even more disappointed to learn some people received both!!! I’ll give this subscription another couple of tries before canceling and moving on to a different company.

Gotta love hgetting sneak peaks of 1 of the items that will be in your box and then neither item is really in there. Instead I got 2 foundations and 2 primers and the same face cleanser that I always get and do not like. This is one of the worst boxes I’ve gotten. Get it together, Sephora.

I am probably going to cancel my subscription.  Two foundations and two primers.  Really?! Can we mix it up a little bit? I feel like I get a LOT of primer.  Also, I don't use Foundation or primer so all 4 of these things are going in the trash.  I was much happier with my Birchbox, likely going back

I got the same thing! That’s awful. And I didn’t get either sneak peek item. How the hell do they curate a box where people get 2 foundations and 2 primers!?!

Sephora I have so much love for you but these play boxes are not doing it for me. I have enough replica perfume sample that it’s like having the full size. So many of the same foundations. So many of the same thing. What’s up with that??  I’m a rouge member hence I shop a lot with you guys and it always seems that my box contains something I just purchased the previous month or so. I really wish you’d take the time to know your customers a little bit better and not send so many doubles. Now I’ll have to go to sephora and return the urban decay make up setting spray cause I’m tired of having doubles and triples of things. Very annoying. Really thinking of canceling.

This box has me thinking about canceling. I have about 6 primers from Sephora, a butt load of lipstick I don’t wear and repetitive black eye liner which I never use. Sucks this box was so crappy

This is my second month of Sephora play and I don’t really know if I love it. I’ve gotten 2 primers and 2 foundations. One each month. Which is cool I guess. But I had a faulty peter Thomas Roth mask last month that no matter how many times I followed the instruction it did nothing. I got a face wash this month that I can’t really use because of a sensitivity to soy. I wish the products were more fun I guess. I was hoping October would have silly colored eye shadow or a highlighter even a blush orbs bronzer would have been better.

I'm really tired of Sephora LYING and saying that our foundation shade is based on our personal profile.  Thats a BUNCH OF BS and thats why I'm cancelling.   

The last "foundation sample" that was based on my profile was a MUF in Shade 8.  Shade 8 would be more suitable for a WOC.   This ABH shade is Banana, much too light for me.  Two totally contradictory shades.  So, I don't buy this BS about it being based on your personal profile.  Further, ever other sample are items I've already received in other boxes.  Nothing new to be excited about.  Another reason I'm cancelling come the new year.  Yes, I know its 10 bucks a month.  No big deal if they were new samples, but I don't need a bunch of repeats and samples that are not my shade.
