I finally received my box. I am a little disheartened that I won't be able to try out the Caudalie serum this month, but I actually have hope that I will enjoy the samples that I got now that I physically have them. The actual Anastasia foundation was smaller than I thought, but it's stick was cute. If you look closely on the bottom of the stick, you'll see that it is really meant for contouring instead of serving as true foundation. I'm glad that my Dolce perfume sample had a decent amount in it (over half full). However, I don't think I'll purchase the full sized perfume since it smells like another perfume I've worn before. I am stoked for the Fresh Soy cleanser, as it is the biggest sample that I have gotten. The matte foundation might do me somejustice, as it looks like it could blend with my skin. Same for the pore refiner primer. However, I hope I won't have to use the matte foundation. The Tarte primer is very small.

For those who may not know, the Banana ABH foundation stick is actually meant to be used with all different shade ranges.  It isn't a typical foundation that is meant to match your skin tone.  It can be used as a highlight color or for color correction. Usually I see people use banana powder instead of the foundation stick but it's trying to achieve the same result.  May not work for everyone but just trying to help since so many people seem unhappy! They also talk about it on the Sephora Play video of the month.

I’m so disappointed with this subscription lately, it’s been subpar. I’ve been subscribing for 3-4 years and I have just been really disappointed lately. Clearly my profile has me listed with ebony skintone but I get sent a foundation stick in the color Banana. Clearly I have oily skin listed in my profile but I’m constantly being sent hydrating moisturizers. Like that’s just a waste of product.

So disappointed, I just received my box and when I opened it, it was wet inside the plastic bag.. the urban decay setting spray completely leaked out and it was the one thing I was looking forward to trying.. hoping I receive it but instead I got a empty bottle. is there a way someone can help with this?

I just want to know how much longer we have to deal with these plastic bags. I can recycle on my own I actually used those cloth bags. Also what is the point on filling out questionnaires about your skin types and tones? When I’ve specified my skin tone is a deep color and keep getting foundation, etc for pale skin. Not even tan...PALE.

I thought I would be receiving one of the items in the sneak peek but I received neither. I did however receive a foundation that is nowhere near my skin tone and Fresh Soy Face Cleanser which I have received multiple times. Each month I receive some kind of facial product that either sits around collecting dust or gets thrown out. It would be nice if we could select at least the types of products we would receive in the Play boxes.

Ive been a subscriber for almost 2 years now and this is the first time this happens. I am extremely disappointed and I was looking forward to my box after I received an email describing what I got. I got my box and everything was completely different from the email!!! the only thing that was the same was the serum but out of all the products that were in there, I had already received a few in previous boxes which makes it extremely irritating. I'm considering cancelling if they dont step up their game and going to a competitor. 😒

I have been a subscriber for almost a year but I get disappointed when they send me products they've already sent! They need to come up with a better system to not resend the same items! I also received gimme brow in shade 5 which is deep, not even close to what I am! I'll have to give that away 😡They shouldn't have you select preferences if they're not going to honor them! Step it up Sephora!
