Crazy how many people didn't get either, sorry Sephora but the way you worded it saying "it will contain" one or the other that's false advertising and people should be refunded their money.

Well I did not get any of them. My box was supposed to contain Caudalie’s serum according to the booklet inside and no serum anywhere! I wrote to Sephora and I hope they do something about it! Besides I keep getting these awful foundations that are too dark for my skin tone. This is my second box and I am already super disappointed 😞

I didn’t get either of these two products. Two primers and two foundation samples...disappointed in my first box.

That really sucks. I hope you contacted customer service. Obviously some bags were short on the better products that were supposed to be included.

I didnt get either. This months box was complete crap! Two foundations that in no way matched my skin. Perfume always goes right in the trash. The face wash is the only thing worth keeping. This box is worthy of a refund. I get another junk box and I'm canceling, I could have spent $12 on something other than a sample of face wash!

Ugh.. I hate foundation samples. I'm always the lightest shade of any foundation and they never send those shades in any box. With so many skin tones, I would think it's rare that the foundation samples get any use or lead to many sales of the full size. Foundation is very personal, there's never going to be a sample that pleases most.

It's scary how many people are not getting either of the sneak peeksamples. Now I hope I still have a chance of receiving either one. If you can't guarantee either of the samples, then don't post anything, Sephora.

I would love to actually receive my color in foundations or whatever !!! Disappointing every time !!

Yeah. It defeats the purpose of paying for these samples, be they luxury samples or not.

I didnt receive either product in my box either.. super disappointing! There should be a disclaimer with the sneak peek that you may not receive any of the products mentioned.
