I've got same box as you and so did a friend of mine. I really thought that they go accordingly to how you answered the questions on your profile when first subscribing. I'm just so confused

I have shared many of the same frustrations. I feel like the Play boxes have become repetitive and many of the 100 point bonuses are included a month or two after they are first available. I’m not sure this is for me any more, and honestly, I’m not sure I would recommend Play to anyone.

I truel, do  love Saphora. Great  customer service.  I must  say  how  disappointed  I have  become  with my  play box.  Same  old  items.  Seriously  the zip  lock  plastic bag  are  not  useful. 

My  daughter  got  this  play  box  subscription for me  for my  bday.  We  both  feel  like  it's  just  always  same  products.  We  lives  several  states  apart and  enjoy  opening  our  boxes  on the phone  today.  

Please  Sephora  add  new  products.

I agree! Too many mascaras, nude lipsticks and moisturizers. In March I got two dry shampoos in one box!

okay honestly I got two moisturizers and a Clinique mascara which I have tons of... with all those other subscriptions they really need to step up their game. and I'm going to keep saying it until they listen to put a Sephora sample it should be full size! When you guys took away the bags you said you wanted to bring us better samples I haven't seen that!

so annoyed with play box. I didnt receive any of the items that were supposed to be in my.box. instead of an urban decay mascara it was clinique, there was also a different brand primer no lotion. the only thing that was supposed to be in the box was the sephora brand cleansing water. This box disappoints more each month. all I ever recieve are more of the same products mascara and primer. it maybe time to cancel. it is becoming a waste.

The one and only time that I've actually bought mascara was 15 years ago when I first started Uni. Since then I haven't bought any but lo and behold I've got a huge stash of it. I'm putting my mascara stash in my will because I'll never live long enough to use it all. Another thing is brow powder. I've got caterpillar eyebrows and I'll more concerned with shaping and taming them than making them thicker/ bolder. I'd love those tweezerman tweezers instead, or those shaping razors for micro hairs. Those I can use, the brow powder, will be stuck in a drawer or given away.

I still haven't even received my box or an email saying it's been shipped. I called to confirm it'd be coming since there were some issues with the website and account. Still no positive response it's even coming this month. However, after seeing this months products, I'm not too worried about not getting my first box.

I haven’t received my playboy either and it’s been in the “post off for delivery” since the 15th. I did get the email however telling me it’s contents. I wonder if our boxes got lost.

OMG-I can't believe you sent me ANOTHER mascara sample! Come on Sephora, up your game! You have a store full of great products, and I keep getting the same things-mascara, black eyeliner and dry shampoo. In a plastic sandwich bag, no less. Very disappointed in your subscription service. How about some eye colors? A scrub? A beauty tool? The possibilities are endless.

Same here this is like the 3 time they send me a different box , by the app show another thing different it’s on the box at the app says I’m getting a Laura mercies primer foundation and came a clinique prep start eye cream and a power clay that I’m not supposed to have ! So like I said this is the 3 time I don’t get my box the way have to be ... at the app is something and when came is another different thing... so what can you do ???? @sephora

Well I am kinda new to Sephora play but this month .. I got the it cosmetics brow power which they send you for free as well , Clinique makeup remover as an extra I would prefer hair products or perfume and after last month again a mascara but it’s good tho urban decay not Sephora product , the other 3 I love .. youth to the people moisture cream, Peter Thomas Roth mask and a Sephora cleanser

I just logged in to look at my box and so far it seems fine! I got the shampoo and conditioner, which is the bonus item and looks small, the brow pencil, which I'm kind of pumped about, mascara, a tumeric brightening polish, clinique eye cream and the micellaire water. Not horrible and what I was looking for - samples of products I might actually want to buy. The eye cream and the tumeric polish were chosen based on my profile.

I don’t dislike the April box, but... I feel like this box went a little overboard with skincare stuff IMO. I know I have skincare concerns marked in my profile, but geez, 3 skin products in one box? I originally subbed to Play! to expand my makeup collection. The skincare products were just an added bonus. But it feels like these days all I ever receive are skincare items. (Though to be fair I’d probably be saying the same thing if I got a mascara in every box lol.) I hope the future boxes have more variety in the types of items chosen.
