I think Sephora play would be so much better if it looked at our foundation shade matches from when we go into the store, and actually having samples of products that are not tried and true but some new products when it comes to makeup, the skincare usually always has something new and exciting but lacks when it comes to the makeup and hair products.

So this is why we should have a say in what we receive... I really like some of the stuff in my PLAY box this month. It’s nothing like what my email said it was going to contain, it’s actually better for me specifically. However, the items I really like in here... I ALEADY HAVE!!!!!!!!!!! I either purchased them, or used my points to get them! And now I’ve spent money to receive trials of items I already have. Smh.. I would’ve really liked to receive the GlamGlow item!!! This is a perfect example of why we need to have a say in what we receive!!! I’m a loyal customer and spend a lot of money with Sephora, as many of us do! Take the extra time to make us happy and make us feel appreciated!!! Make us happy and excited when we see that PLAY box in our mail instead of cringing and hoping “oh boy... please don’t suck.. maybe this one will make me happy and contain items I will love and would actually use!” PLEASE LISTEN TO US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again another month.....again another disappointment. I joined Sephora Play for make up samples because I don’t have tons of experience with makeup, wanted to try new makeup items (highlighter, blush’s, bronzers, foundations, setting powders, lipsticks). This month again, I get 2 make up items....mascara-which I won’t use but maybe once and a brown pencil....ok-that’s an actual make up product. The rest of my items a cleansing water, night cream, cucumber mask and moisturizer cream...... These products are nice. Don’t get me wrong but after 2 years, I only use these products when I travel. I have so many of them. They are not part of my daily routine because I have dermatology prescription items. I think we would all like makeup....not red lipstick....but nudes, plums, light pink because it’s spring and summer. Bronzers and blushes, brush cleaners, summertime foundations (not in the pill pouch). I live an hour away from your store and when I go there, I’m overwhelmed by the new products there but the same products in my play box. Please listen to your community. You have an amazing awesome customer following. Just new different options would be amazing.

I have like 590 of these perversion mascara samples. We get it, Sephora...you have a ton lying around. I would be happy if o never saw one of these orbthe Clinique mascaras again... and is this shampoo packet a joke?!??

Canceled my subscription. I wanted to try new products but Clinique lotion that’s free in every gift box and reward and sample at any store is just not worth it. The ridiculous tiny mascara is such a joke, is that a one time use mascara? A little packet of shampoo and conditioner is laughable, I have so much hair that I would need triple the amount to even saturate my hair. Is taupe a common color for eyebrows? In the profile I filled out i said I had super dark hair so why even waste the money to send that to people? I think people would generally be happier with 3 bigger, customized samples then 5 samples that are going to end up in the make up holder until they expire. Thought it would be a great way to try new things for a low price but honestly it’s like I’m throwing away ten dollars a month for 50 points I have to pay to use.

I just got my box and hot dang! It is a slam dunk, two new moisturizers I've been super interested in trying, a new mascara to try, a mini lip balm, and even the extra is a product I've been interested in. Definitely makes up for all the dry shampoo from last month!

LET US PICK OUR SAMPLES PLEEEEEASE!!!!!! Why fill out the questionnaire when my box does NOT ever reflect my answers?! Every month when I see what other people get, I see one or two things that would have matched my questionnaire answers, things I would’ve LOVED to get but for some reason they’re never in my selection. This seems like to be a popular complaint among customers. So clearly putting our boxes together is 100% done at random. Smh...

I like the products but this subscription just isn’t worth it. The sample sizes are TINY. I could get these exact products and in these exact amounts for free in the store. Until they start giving bigger worthwhile products, I’m cancelling 😕

I have been thinking about canceling too! I keep getting repeats and I have so many of the same thing! Plus, I hate the bag it comes in! I wish we got makeup bags like Ipsy! I use those for everything!
