Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! ๐ฑ in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!
At this point I'm going to assume I'm not getting it either. I checked out at 12:00 and apparently time is not a factor in how they're processing orders. If they're already cancelling other people's orders then I guess once again I get to be unlucky.

In some cases yes, but I also heard some orders with merchandise were cancelled in few hours after there was placed, and some orders had problems with checkout because of a merchandise. I think it's a big mystery unfortunately
I haven't received my shipping notification either. This is completely irresponsible of Sephora and it's unacceptable business practice. It's their responsibility to either monitor check out or stock extras if they can't. I don't understand why some of us magically get screwed based on nothing I literally had a check out confirmation at 12:01.
I feel like I always try to think the best of Sephora but this isn't ok when we could be shopping at ulta and getting points that transfer to money when we spend. If they can't deliver what was promised they owe it to us at the very least to give us some kind of discount so we can buy this years. I don't want points for my trouble what good is having them if they can't be used with any reliability.
I politely told her the same thing, but there's no sense in shooting the messenger. She's just conveying the information she's given, but it is very disappointing
Agreed clearly the person on the phone has no power over what happens at Sephora and I would never be actually rude to them but I do think a dialogue needs to be opened with Sephora so that they know we are not ok with this. Maybe one of us is a drop in the bucket to them but if enough of us express our displeasure or get so frustrated we take our business elsewhere eventually they'll notice
I'm in the same boat! Thanks for taking the extra step to call to find out more. I can understand there's a limited number of items, I just don't understand how their system would generate more confirmations than they are able to ship. It would help if they stop at the appropriate amount rather than really disappoint people by not fulfilling orders even though they got confirmations. Fingers crossed for everybody!!!!
I checkout literally 12:01 so I was sure that I will get it, I can't understand how they processing our order. And I absolutely agree with that's it totally unacceptable to confirm the order and then just say sorry it's out of stock, why they allow people to place more orders then can actually fulfill, and why people who placed the orders later then me already received shipping conformation and I feel so bad right now(
I tried to contact CS on Facebook few hours ago, and still no answer for me!

I agree. It's very disappointing
That's terrible! I still waiting for shipping confirmation as well, but why 50/50 if we was able to check out, I just really can't understand that!
