Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! 😱 in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!

Did anyone's ship yet that did standard shipping? Kind of anxious but mostly because of lasership. Partially the reason I wasn't so concerned about the speed since I know flash shipping means lasership....lasership gives me unnecessary anxiety. I wonder if standard shipping is ups ground or lasership anyway....hope we get confirmation soon

I completely understand trying to put it out of your mind. It was driving me crazy last night. I still hope the best for everyone who hasn't received their shipping confirmation. I will keep checking in. Hopefully next time I check there will be good news.

I don't know why I'm so concerned about this lol. I keep checking my email and order history like it'll make the tracking info pop up any faster. (Probably because this has happened before -_-)

I doing same things just because I know that Sephora can easily cancel my order😩😩😩

and the craziest think that I checked out 12:01, and I even was able to put another one in my cart it was still in stock. So I just can not get how they proceeding the orders.

Hope we will get our shipping confirmation soon! Let's try to be positive it's not cancelled yet😊

I did standard, confirmation at 9:02 PDT. Got my shipping email this morning at 7AM PDT. I was sweating bullets there for a bit. So excited to get this!

More than 24 hrs, no shipping. I think I'm probably not getting it, but last time, it took a week to get the cancellation email ☹️

I don't know if I could go through another day not knowing. It would be different if we got a confirmation that your order went through and new 100% we would receive it, but I know we have all got the other email. Try calling customer service to check on the status, even though we know it still shows on progress.
