September Rewards Bizaar 2017

Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! 😱 in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!

@PrettyPaint I checked out with supposedly no issues and got the confirmation email almost instantly, but mine has not shipped yet either...This is almost worse than the initial hunt to get it! 🙂

Mine hasn't shipped yet either. I also checked out instantly with no issues and thought nothing of it at the time. Should I be worried? LOL... sigh.

Just noticed mine had standard shipping instead of my regular 2 day flash shipping. I didn't purchase anything with the reward, but when I called customer service they advised that is how it was processed. They advised they were unable to change it. I hung up and sent an email to customer service explaining I was fine with standard shipping, but would be so disappointed if I received an email advising product was out of stock and my order was canceled since it wasn't on my 2 day flash shipping and everyone else had the orders filled first. 😞

@Luvstravel Oh interesting! Mine says standard shipping too. Usually all my orders are shipped with flash by default, but perhaps that isn't the case for rewards. I clicked submit so quickly I didn't bother looking at shipping speed.
