Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! ๐ฑ in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!

I finally got my hands on one. I was so bummed out I couldn't get it last time. I had my purchase ready to go and I was logged in and had no issues. Just got the e-mail confirmation too. WooHoo

I am soooo irritated right now. So I made a purchase just so I had enough points to get this palette. It was in my cart, everything was fine. I just got my order confirmation. No palette. Not even the Clinique promo I entered the promo code for. Like usually, doesn't it stop you if something in your basket goes OOS? I wouldn't have continued with the purchase if I wasn't going to use the points on the palette. Currently on hold with CS ๐
200 points for my troubles.. they can't "cancel" my order, I have to go through the return process. Fun.
@briddynicole Tip for the future, for rewards +750pts, don't attempt to check out with anything else in your cart except for the reward. The reward itself ships for free and I think several people have experienced what you just did, the order going through without the reward (instead of stopping you with the OOS message) because the additional item IS in-stock. Good luck!
@briddynicole You can't redeem a reward worth more than 500 points in the same transaction as a purchase. (Or at least, that's how it used to work). If the reward is worth more than 500 points it ships free, but you can't have any other products, samples, or promotions in your cart.
ETA: After looking over the Terms & Conditions, it looks like Sephora may have changed it and that you can purchase items in the same transaction. So perhaps that wasn't the issue for you, after all!
I always forget to actually buy something to get flash shipping!! O well, at least I hope/think/ I got the actual reward
