Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! 😱 in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!

No update on mine. I've been checking every hour and quickly losing hope. 😞

I checked out right at 12EST too and got my confirmation 12:01. The reward was up for at least five minutes after I checked out; I don't get why priority is being given to certain orders over others. This is so frustrating.

Same here.  My confirmation is 12:02.  I'm happy for the others, but its disheartening seeing some of them already arriving and so many others being shipped while we sit in limbo.  If I hadn't had confirmed orders cancelled days later due to the item being out of stock, I wouldn't worry about it, but its happened to me several times before.  I'm really hoping I get it.  I really just need a little bright spot in my life right now. @Tofu

Me too!!!! Shipping confirmation at 10:01pm ET. This was a nerve-wracking 34 hour stretch ! 😱😱I hope that all the confirmed orders will indeed be honored and fulfilled. Sending fulfillment vibes to everybody waiting!!!
