Hello everyone! I'm sure you've seen the email that was sent out that made my heart skip a beat! For one of the 1,000 point rewards is the 2016 Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! ๐ฑ in the email they stated that all rewards are posted on tuesdays and Thursday's from 9-5pst. I'm a working woman so I can't sit on my Sephora app on my phone and refresh every few minutes. Hoping someone could give me the day of the month this will launch? Thanks loves!
Same @LCResz I managed to bring it to the last step but when I clicked Place Order it took many seconds to load and threw me back showing reward is OOS. Anyways we will get it next year, the new palette is prettier ๐๐๐

When the bazaar started I was hoping as time went on peoples points would start to run out and it would be easier to catch a good one but that is clearly not the case here LOL
I really want to cry. I wanted to set an alarm for noon but forgot and remembered to check just now. I am so, so upset.
@sabrinas it was gone in a split second. Just like old times ๐ the best reward all year. Oh well back to the 100 points rewards for me LOL
I managed to snag one right at 12 pm EST. It showed in stock for me for only two minutes after that. ๐

Wow, 1min past and 800 of the palettes gone. Amazing! Also I thought only one rewards every thurs and tues, but today there was three new rewards. I saw the origin's one, and thought hourglass will be in coming weeks, but surprisingly no.

It is OOS. I was able to add in cart at 9:00 PST sharp but cant check out and a min or so, it is OOS. I wonder if it is a glitch.
I got one!! I received order confirmation email but I too couldn't check out at first !! I freaked and added a Kat Von D eyeliner that was at bottom of page real quick thinking it needed a merchandise purchase, eventhough it's stated you don't, but that worked! Hmm not cool for those who had in cart and ready to go but it won't let u check out. I will be returning the eyeliner as it's not a purchase I was interested in I just needed it to check out ๐. They need to fix that glitch.
Hope this helps others for future rewards add another items just to be safe when checking out.

Sorry that happened to you too @wwTraveler. Oh well, we try again next time. But then again, if they have 800 for the entire US which is less than 20 avail for each state, our chance is real slim ๐
Same here, I was really excited that the order got placed, but I won't count on it until I get a shipping notification.

First of all, don't get your hopes up. I noticed that anything 1000pts and up is pretty hard to get. But they always go up (at least from what I have seen) right at 12pm est or up to 30 minutes after. Your best bet is right at 12 pm est. I have also been told that clearing your cookies and browsing history etc. will give you better chances but I havn't noticed a difference. Good luck getting this!
