@heartsmyface Have you tried the First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA 8 oz/ 226 g ? I am curious how it compares to the Dermadoctor scrub.

@haleyvvvv Ahhhh I am disappointed to see that the Tatcha did not work for you!! I have had great results with it.

It's an okay Vitamin C serum, @lnum, but with the 10 % AHA, I couldn't use it every day and I had to be super careful about the rest of my routine and I find that tedious. I find the AHA didn't really do as much as other exfoliating products in my collection so, it is just not a product that works for me. It's a great idea for a multi tasking product.

@haleyvvvv That makes sense! I use it every other day at night so I can alternate with my other aha products that are fairly mild as well. I have had really great results with it fading my acne scars, the ones on my cheeks are barely noticeable now. My skin can be tricky to please as it breaks out easily but I’ve had good luck with Tatcha’s formulas and I really like the texture of this serum!

@haleyvvvv Ooo I like your visual indicators of what you liked and didn't, especially the black and white dot labelling. As a combination/oily skin person, I'm curious why you thought the Murad Oil-Control Mask was a terrible product? I haven't tried it but the name seems like something I would've picked up so wanted to hear your thoughts 🙂

Oh the Murad mask. So in fairness to the product, I have dry skin. But my partner who has oily skin also did not like it. I bought it for him, and he definitely reacted a bit to it (redness, like a sensitive skin reaction but he doesn't have sensitive skin). I don't love letting products go to waste, so I was using it in place of a clay or charcoal mask on certain nights in my weekly masking line up. So while it wasn't a total 1 for 1 for a clay masks, those usually help with oil. But I just, the texture was thick and goopy but not spreadable; the smell was musty; it was a flash 2 min mask and I don't love that time pressure, especially if it can harm the skin. It definitely does reduce oil but I'm sure there's better products.

Great job on your empties @haleyvvvv. Love your tower of SdJ! ♥️ I love the Aquaring version of that Mediheal mask and have the other versions on my list, with the Soothing one you have in your empties in one of my shopping carts. 😉 We both know what that means. 😆

I definitely need to try more Mediheal masks (or use the ones in my stash), I think I have a couple of the acronym ones. I can send you one of the APe soothing ones, if you want to try before buying?

There's a small, local AB boutique that sells individual sheet masks near me, that has a buy 10, get 2 free sheet mask program, and those proatin Mediheal masks are part of the ones you can get for free. I'm close to getting the free masks and it'll be good to give the store some business. 😀
