Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Black Moon cosmetics liquid matte in "Sanguis"

Pardon my foundation-free face.

No more lipstick teeth!

Today I'm sporting the "Sanguis" liquid matte from Black 🌙 Moon Cosmetics. No lipstick teeth for me! This velvety blood shade has staying power with minimal transfer in its quick-drying formula. (All Black 🌙 Moon products are vegan and cruelty-free!) I'm hoping to pair this shade with "Stigmata" from Kat Von D's new Saint + Sinner Eyeshadow Palette. So exciting!

Today's look is minimal. No primer, foundation, concealer, or lashes, and very little eye makeup.

Yaaaas 🔥I love it - what a beautiful shade of red!! I think I'm going to have to check out black moon cosmetics! I feel like this is the red I've been looking for.  Also - you look absolutely stunning! I am so jealous that is how you look with no foundation or concealer - I can maybe get away with no foundation but if I forego concealer people want to take me to the emergency room because they think I'm dying - they look at me, ghasp and scream "are you ok - my god!"

PS - I think you should be a lipstick model - you have the most perfect pout! 💋

Thank you! I love Black Moon! I have over 20 of their lippies. They also have liquid eyeshadow, lashes, a lovely lip topper, and accessories. They are an indie brand, so you can only shop online. Drugstore prices, but the quality has made me a devotee! 💜

Aw, thank you! The silver and gold liners were part of a Disney Mulan makeup set I bought a long while back. I pull them out now and again for easy eye looks. 😆

Thank you @PaletteAddict99. It is Tarte clay stick in medium neutral. I usually run away from full coverage foundations but decided to check out this one when it was offered as a promo. I'm happy I did because it goes on so smoothly and doesn't look cake-y if I wear a thin layer. Ofcourse I got a second one before the promo expired 😉

Oh @fatimamummy I missed that promo. I bought the Bobbi Brown stick foundation and it is very full coverage and it sure is thick. I think I got to light of a shade just waiting for winter to see if it works better then but in the mean time maybe I’ll try the Tarte clay stick out.
