The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

I am still shaking my fist at having missed you there by days!!!  Grrrrr!  Did you find all the locations with no problems?

  Oh they’re real sticklers for that!  Last year we left on the 3rd of November and all the holiday stuff everywhere released on the 4th.  They wouldn’t cut me a break.  Sigh.  Were you still wanting the set or was it going to have souvenir status? @sister13

Bahahaha!  We haven’t even left yet!  It’s been all work up til now.  The trip is going to be longer.  We just changed our plans and now will be gone a whole month.  My travel sanity is going to be tested in a big way.  @tsavorite

I have really been loving Anastasia Beverly Hills new matte lipstick line! So moisturizing and not drying, rare for a matte lippie! The shade Rosewood (pictured) has become my go-to shade this Fall. ♥️

Wow thank you so so much!!! I never use foundation, wash my face minimally, and drink lots of water, it has really helped my skin bounce back after years of acne 🙂

Rosewood is always the best color for lipstick!  Beautiful look!

KVD is such a GOAT, im really loving dark mattes for fall and "exorcism" is an incredibly pleasing shade, part of her holiday mini lipstick set which was 10/10 a fantastic purchase

Red Overkill - maybe - wearing shadows form the Modern Renaissance Palette, one of my top 2 lipstick favourite formulas - the Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick by Givenchy in colour 12 (Rouge Insomnie) and loads of my favourite powder bronzer, the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bonzer.  The Givenchy Route Interdit Satin Lipstick really has this amazing satin looking finish to it, it gleams like satin but feels like a nice, moisturizing cream formula, it's so comfy and pigmented and luxurious.  What's cool though is there I can't think of any other formula that has a finish quite like this - it's not glossy, def. not matte - it really looks and feels like Satin and is therefore aptly named!  Pricey, but worth it!

Thank you so much @tsavorite! : ) Haha I am really happy to hear you saying that because I was debating internally but I think I have to go for it - it's only about $36 CAD... Amazon has some cute vintage-type dresses at great prices but the only thing is that it's always a roll of the dice with fit so having found one that fits I should probably get another one : )
