The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

Thanks @Glitternoodle! If you want more metallic options that dry down, Jouer's metallics do as well and they have quite a few metallic options!

@k617 Thank you, yes I'm just starting to get into metallics. I bought Smashbox Crimson Chrome and I love the color, but it's hard getting used to a gloss texture after all the mattes and dry down liquid lipsticks I've gotten used to. I will definitely check out NYX and Jouer. I'm so excited!

@Glitternoodle That reminds me, Smashbox is coming out with new metallic lippies as a part of their Always On liquid lipstick line! I believe it's coming out in January? But they had a limited release on the Smashbox US site a few weeks back (wanted to  order but I'm in Canada :(). So there are more choices coming!

The first pic is Ciaté glitter flip in Iconic pre glitter activation. The second is Bite Amuse Bouche in Black Truffle. Bite is hands down my favorite lipstick company!

@unfungirl The glitter flip is seriously awesome! I heard bad things about the KVD- that it's crazy drying and cracks and flakes! I think you'll love the glitter flip! It's comfy and beautiful!
