The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

@Mcakes I have only had maybe 2 lipsticks in my entire life make it through a meal with curry and I'm sure one was a stain. That is DEFINITELY a lipstick I'll have to try.

Tom Ford Lips & Boys: Joaquin -  has an almost pearlized finish in real life, gives a softer impression than in the picture.

Also wearing the blush and strobe powder from the hourglass ambient light surreal edit pallet and my face looks so smooth. Like scary doll-like smooth (except of course my delightful "eleven" eyebrow crease). Hourglass is not messing around.

I love Joaquin @MissPuff! It looks like it's going to be so much more dark and scary in the tube and then it shows up all pearly and gorgeous on

@jozkid You're exactly right! I had forgotten what the color was like and always picked it up, opened, then put it back because I'm not usually in the mood for a dark dramatic color (which is what the bullet looks like). Since it's fall, I thought, why not, then was pleasantly surprised when Joaquin came up so pearly and light 🙂 Back into rotation!
