The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Thank you @RGbrown! It was hard to decide between this one and their other shade called Love Drunk, which is a gorgeous matte deep red with tonal shimmer. The one I'm wearing is exclusive to their site at the moment while the other can be purchased at Sephora.

I have lovedrunk...and oddly enough, I'm wearing it today! I ordered the mini Vice sampler over the weekend during the Rouge online preview and it's in the set. I am loving it so far!

I was super excited about Double Crossed but it wound up looking a bit...muddy I guess? It just had a touch too much brown for me, I think. I will be giving it a second shot at some point, but my first impression was a bit meh, sadly.

Mad turned out to be quite a gem though. A lovely bright purple on the pink end of the spectrum, and as an added bonus (at least I call it a bonus, maybe not everyone will), it stained the heck out of my lips! I went to take it off last night and was surprised to find my lips were bright pink. They were still pink this morning too lol.
