Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

This is what I’m going to do- I’m going to try lip liner underneath. I got a great one for this in my (1st and incredible) BoxyCharm Box. It was my colleague’s idea. I’ll also show you in a pm what it looks like in some other light. Kinda light, and slightly grayish toned. Hmm. It may look good with different makeup. That container, though- holy 🐄! It’s gorgeous @Ispend2much6!

@ClassicallyFabI think it looks great on you! : ) But I know what you mean I ended up getting "I think in Pink" instead of the other I was considering - Makeup me Happy and it's much too neon for me I need to find ways to tone it down and I'm wishing I had gone with the other one. I find with that Moisture Matte Peach lip collection it's a bit hard to tell the colour you'll get just by looking at the lippie. I love the scent though I wish they were also more flavoured! : )

@tsavorite TF Sex on the Peach is a smidge darker, and warm. Really pretty.

My daughter didn’t like the name, lol, so I decided on the one with the cuter name.

@sister13 did you manage to avoid the typhoon?? I had to cancel my Kyoto leg of the trip because of it, I didn't want to chance getting stranded on a bullet train!

I did - luckily, we were scheduled to go out just before it hit, on Saturday evening.

It rained every single day of the 10 day trip. We did see the sun one morning only - and I LEAPT out of bed in a total panic because I saw the sunshine and I thought I'd slept until noon and missed all my meetings! Turns out it was just before 6 am, but I hadn't seen the sun prior to that day!

One of my colleagues I think also canceled side trip to Kyoto for the same reason. I also hope to go back for nicer weather and just generally more time to spend there and hopefully get out of Tokyo & see more of Japan. @malday

@sister13 Sunday I stood indoors (I wasn't about to face that crazy wind) but Monday was GORGEOUS. If every day of both our trips had been like that it would've been perfect. But, I will say that Tokyo is beautiful in the rain!
